Project Description:

The Personal Mortgage Group is a boutique mortgage firm with strong community ties. The firms offices at Queen and Charlton have had a mural on the south facing wall for 10 years, and it was time for a change.

PMG brought on Cobalt Connects to manage the call process, and to ensure the artist selected would meet their expectations. Through an open call we attracted over 40 local artist submissions from a wide range of styles. Working with the PMG staff, local artist Robyn Lightwalker was selected to lead the project.

Cobalt Connects enrolled Robyn and her team (Anthony Haley, Natasha Rose, Felipe Encina) in a lift platform certification course with Bercon Rentals, supplied them with harnesses and ensured their insurance needs were met by Front Row Insurance.

Over the course of a week the team created this stunning work covering the entire south wall of the PMG office building. A full-length “Making Of” video will be released in the Fall documenting the process from start to finish.
